Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information NovelleX collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 15 June 2026
NovelleX (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this online store. We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it responsibly, in line with applicable data protection regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Information we collect
We only collect the information needed to process and deliver your orders and to support you as a customer. This includes:
- Full name — to identify and address your order.
- Mobile number — to confirm your order and coordinate delivery.
- Email address — for order confirmations and correspondence.
- Shipping address — to deliver your order to the correct location.
- Order details — the products you purchase and order history.
We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Payments are handled by trusted, secure payment providers.
2. How we use your information
- To fulfil and ship your orders.
- To contact you about your order, delivery, or any issue that arises.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To process returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
- To meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
3. We never sell your data
NovelleX does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the store — such as shipping carriers and payment processors — and only to the extent required to complete your order.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep the store working — for example, remembering the items in your cart and your theme and language preferences. For details on the cookies we use and how to manage them, please see our Cookie Policy.
5. Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service, to understand how visitors use our site in aggregate. It does not use invasive tracking cookies and does not build advertising profiles or sell your data. This helps us improve the store while respecting your privacy.
6. Data retention
We keep order-related data for as long as necessary to provide our service and to comply with legal and tax obligations. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted.
7. Your rights & data requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, contact us via WhatsApp at +966 55 764 5648 or by email at novellex1@novellex.shop. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
